Shipping costs for all orders placed on this site are listed on each individual product page. Additionally, you will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during checkout.
While we strive to do our best to keep shipping costs down, many of the items on this site are very fragile and we will not compromise the safety of your package. Even though an order may be placed for multiple items at once, all items in an order typically will ship seperately to help ensure against breakage while in transit. In our commitment to our customers to ensure safe transit of all orders and to keep shipping costs down on many items we absorb a portion of the actual cost to ship your order.
All packages are shipped via either UPS Ground, DHL or FedEx Ground. At this time we are only able to ship to the Continental US. UPS Ground, DHL and Fed Ex Ground do not deliver to PO Box addresses. If your order indicates shipment to a PO Box you will be contacted via email for a physical street address for delivery of your order and your order cannot be processed until a valid shipping address is received. Once your package has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation verifying shipment of your package, the tracking number for your package, and where you can track the package at online.
Due to the custom/special order nature of products on this site shipping time will vary and each products shipping time is listed on each individual product page.

Return Policy
While we strive to ensure the safety of all orders while in transit by taking every precaution possible to ensure all packages are shipped in the best possible manner, breakage can occur even with the best precautions taken. While we are proud to say that we have a less than 1% breakage rate, and all packages are insured for full value through either UPS Ground or FedEx Ground upon shipment to you, should your package arrive damaged please contact us immediately at either 419-902-0463 or Email: orders@collegenuthut.com so that a replacement can be issued and a return shipping label can be issued for the damaged item. Items must be in the original box with all original packing materials, and any other materials that came with the item.
Returns are accepted for items which are not damaged in shipping within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Items must be in the original box with all original packing materials, and any other materials that came with the item. We will not accept any item that shows any sign of wear or usage. Shipping costs are not refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping of the item to CollegeNutHut.com. For items which are a special order a 20% restocking fee also applies. When making a return please contact us at either 419-902-0463 or Email: orders@collegenuthut.com prior to return shipment of the merchandise to obtiain a Return Authorization Number
